Products
Sealed and unused Vetraj products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the order invoice.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used food, supplements, and medication
- Grooming products that have been opened or partially used
- Personalised or made-to-order items (e.g., custom collars or tags)
Consultation & Services
Online consultations (e.g., ₹399 Talk to Vet, Pet Parenting Course, packages) are eligible for a full refund if cancelled before the consultation begins or the service is rendered. Once the vet has connected with you or the service has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.
Clinic visits, vaccinations, surgical procedures, and grooming services already performed are non-refundable. If you experience an issue with a service, please reach out within 48 hours and we will work with you on a fair resolution.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Email info@vetraj.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95686 06006 with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 24 working hours with a return authorisation and pickup instructions.
- For products, pack the item in its original packaging and hand it over to the assigned courier partner.
Refund Timelines
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 2–3 working days of pickup), the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- UPI / Wallet: 1–3 working days
- Credit / Debit card: 5–7 working days
- Net banking: 3–5 working days
Bank processing times are outside Vetraj's control — if you don't see the refund after 10 working days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us and we will help.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no return shipping cost to you.
